TICKETING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Tech in Asia shall be entitled, but not obliged, to conduct verification checks on any order, and shall be entitled to rescind the order if such verification checks reveal any fraud or other irregularity in the order.
- Student and Media passes (and others where applicable) must be verified upon admission.
- Upon confirmation of your order for Passes, no refund on Passes will be made under any circumstances.
- All claims for refunds shall be made at Tech in Asia’s discretion. In any case, Tech in Asia shall not be liable and under no obligation to process any refund.
- No refund will be made if the request for the refund is made after the date of the event.
- Tech in Asia reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission or access, or evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
- Where required by Tech in Asia or the Venue for any Event or Service display official proof of COVID-19 vaccination status.
- Unvaccinated Ticket Holders are not permitted into the Event, and are denied entry without refunds.
